This hotel suits me perfectly with free breakfast, excellent service, and a fitness studio. On my first stay, the caring staff helped me with tech issues, which I appreciated. I recommend trying the spacious suites. I'll be back for Christmas!

This was just a prime choice for a brief stopover in Columbus with best value. The floors were filthy, needed to stay in shoes! Bring your own food. breakfast bar was always empty.

Not what I expected!

So, I stayed just one night and it was kinda mixed. The smoke smell in our non-smoking room was awful. Took forever to get bedding changed and the staff seemed overwhelmed. On the bright side, the breakfast was okay, just the area felt dirty. Super frustrating since I came for my kids’ gymnastics competition. Can't say I'd return.
